Returns Policy

Sea Babies (PTY) LTD have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear on the website. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

We cannot accept returns on open toiletries and sanitary ware due to hygiene purposes.

The merchandise must be in the original unused condition and packaging.

    *    The package must be complete with all the warranty cards, manuals, and instructions.
    *    StyleSets must be returned as a complete group, individual StyleSet items are not eligible for exchange or return.

 

Sea Babies (PTY) LTD  will not accept returns for GB Pockit Stroller’s or other products that have been used, including, without limitation, stroller wheels that show visible wear and fabric items that have been worn or washed. All swing tags and stickers must still be attached to the stroller.  

You are entitled to return any purchase concluded on Sea Babies (PTY) LTD and delivered within South Africa free of charge within 7 days of the product(s) being delivered if you deem the product to be defective.

We have an online presence only so should you wish to return a “defective” item you may email waves@seababies.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will arrange for our couriers to fetch the item from you and the item will be inspected by Sea Babies (PTY) LTD  Quality Assurance team once we receive the item.

If the product is subsequently found to indeed be defective, you are entitled to either –

(a) be fully refunded, or

(b) have the product replaced at Sea Babies (PTY) LTD expense (the decision between repairing or replacing being that of Sea Babies (PTY) LTD  depending on availability and other relevant circumstances, and in this regard you acknowledge that Sale/ On Special products will usually only be able to be repaired).

If the product is found NOT to be defective and is commercially acceptable, you will NOT be entitled to any repair, replacement or refund but will instead be liable for the costs incurred in having had such product returned to Sea Babies, and then redelivered to you.
